Whenever somebody visits a website, data is gathered and exchanged. Design and Systems does not extend and store any data – but data may be added by third parties (eg videos from Vimeo on our pages):
• IP address of the computer that submitted the query
• Client file requests
• The website that directed you to us (referrer URL)

Within our online offer, we use third-party content or services based on our legitimate interests (ie interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) DSGVO) to provide their services, such as the integration of videos from Vimeo.

We use the provider Vimeo for the integration of videos. vimeo.com is operated by Vimeo, LLC, headquartered at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011. On some of our websites we use plugins from Vimeo. If you call up the Internet pages provided with such a plugin, a connection is made to the Vimeo servers and the plugin is displayed. This will be transmitted to the Vimeo server, which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Vimeo, Vimeo also assigns this information to your personal user account.
